Infants through 5th Grade – Pick up a reading log in the Youth Services Department from
June 12 to August 5.
Prizes will be available from June 19 to August 12.

Sloan Museum: Under Construction

Ages 4–8
Thursday, August 10 at 9:45 am, 11:00 am, 12:45 pm, 2:00 pm
Build the tallest tower with sticks, cups, clothespins, and cubes, or follow a
blueprint to build structures with blocks, and more. Also, make a “Building
Box” to take home.

Sloan Museum: Electrical Connections

Ages 8–12
Thursday, August 10, 4:00 pm
Become an electrical engineer using batteries, wires, and switches to light up
bulbs & turn on noisy buzzers! See how many light-emitting diodes you can light
at the same time. Then, wire in a wall switch to turn them on and off. Be brilliant!
