Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable? Do you like working with children? Would you like to meet new friends, learn job-related skills, and satisfy community service requirements? Then join our summer team of volunteers! 

All volunteers must attend an orientation session. Registration is required and space is limited.Please call (989) 837-3466 beginning May 1 to register for one of the following sessions:

  • Wednesday, June 7, 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm (ONLY returning volunteers may attend this session.)
  • Friday, June 9, 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
  • Saturday, June 10, 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm

SAT Practice Test

Take a practice SAT Test without the pressure and learn where to focus your studies to get a better score. Offered by the professionals atSylvan Sylvan Learning Center. Registration is required and begins May 1.
SAT Test Results and Tips Session
Grades 10–12
Monday, June 26, 6:30 pm

Follow up your practice test with a tip session provided by
Sylvan Learning Center staff. Test results from the June 21
session will be available for pickup.

Read Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life by James Patterson and then join us for pizza and a movie. Then we’ll discuss how the book and movie differ. Copies of the book will be available at the Youth Services Desk.
