City, County to Hold Flood Insurance Workshop Oct. 28

October 20, 2017 – Residents interested in learning more about flood insurance and flood protection are encouraged to attend a free Flood Information Workshop in the auditorium of the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library on Saturday, October 28 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Attendees will hear from experts about the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and other types of insurance that are available to them as residents of Midland County and the City of Midland. A question-and-answer session will be provided at the end of each presentation.

This event is free and open to the public and registration is not required. For more information, please contact Midland County Emergency Management at 989-832-6750. The Library is located at 1710 W. St. Andrews Road, Midland.
