Quarterly Meeting

Members Present: Williams, LaForet, Rockwell

Members Absent: Swain

Called to order by Chairperson Charlotte Williams at 7:05 pm.

Jan Yuergens updated the Commission on the regional transportation which includes Bay Metro, Saginaw Stars, County Connection and DART using the new Civic Arena as a transfer point. The primary Midland use is for educational use at both Delta and Saginaw Valley.

Marty McGuire spoke of the current policy regarding the definition of handicapped.

Rockwell moved Williams seconded that staff report back to the Commission with a system to prove identity for reduced fares. Motion carried 3-0.

Customer Concerns

LaForet asked for clarification of children rates.

Meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
