a.  Addition of an 8’5” x 15’8” room and the enclosure of an existing stairwell that

      leads to the back porch.

b.   Replacement of seven windows and one door.  Removal of two windows related to the enclosure of the stairwell.

c.   Addition of a 24’ x 26’ detached two-car garage with 8’ x 10’ storage room.  Removal of existing carport.
