The Housing Commission advises City staff and the
City Manager regarding areas of the city where it is necessary to provide proper sanitary housing facilities for families of low income and for the elimination of housing conditions that are detrimental to the public peace, health, safety, morals or welfare.
The Housing Commission consists of five members appointed by the City Manager. Appointed members shall serve a term of five years.
