a. Zoning Petition No. 585 – initiated by A-1 Storage, to zone
portions of the property located at
4120 Isabella Street. The
property is presently divided into three different zoning districts
including Regional Commercial (RC) over the
western portion of the site, Office Service (OS)
over the southeast corner of the site, and
Residential A-1 Single Family Residential (RA-1) over
the northeast corner of the site. The petition requests that the RA-1 Zoning
District be extended
30 feet south to meet the
minimum lot width and lot area standards for a single family residential
lot and that the OS Zoning District be extended
50 feet to the west to create a larger area for
Office Service type uses.
