A motion was made by Geisler and seconded by Garner to recommend approval of the special use permit, subject to the four conditions specified in the staff report dated October 19, 2000.

The Commission commended Gill-Roy’s for the information submitted.  It felt the request was a model special use application.  The petitioners complied with all the requirements for a permit review.  Fire Chief acceptance that propane equipment was safe was important in considering the recommendation.
