of Minutes
Regular Meeting of
It was moved by Mead and supported by Baker to approve the minutes of
January 27th. The minutes were
unanimously approved as corrected.

Site
Plan No. 236 Consideration of site plan approval requested by
LEPTA Associates, LLC
to revise an approved site
plan (#194) for Forestridge Condominiums to increase the number
of residential units from 68
to 74 on approximately 20 acres located west of Dublin Avenue and
north of Saginaw Road. [see transcript]

following properties in preparation for public hearings:

Residential Business.
3. 7501 Perrine Rd. Property
owned by Gary Bartow Residential A-1.
4. 7505 Perrine Rd. Property

owned by Jim Johnson Business B-2.
Motion to schedule a
public hearing for March 9th for the proposed properties.
B. City of Midland Zoning Ordinance
Continued discussion of draft zoning text.
Mark Ostgarden led a discussion on how
to permit parking in residential zones
for
business or office service uses.
Commissioner
Mead would rather allow this through the conditional use permit process.
The
preliminary draft will be presented to the entire Planning Commission at the
next
meeting.

The Planning Director passed out the new issue of Planning & Zoning News.
