WHICH TOOK PLACE ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 10, 2004, 7:00 P.M.,

2. Approval of Minutes

Regular Meeting of July 27, 2004

It was moved by Baker and supported by Svenson to approve the minutes of July 27^th. The minutes were unanimously approved.

Zoning Petition No. 512 – Consideration of request by Prodo, Inc., to zone property at 400 /

410 North Saginaw Road from Residential A-1 to Residential A-4. [See transcript]
