The applicant is asking for a variance of 11’ to the required 25’ minimum front yard setback in the RA-3 residential district. The principal structure is a legal nonconforming use, located 21’ from the front property line. If granted, the front yard will be 10’. The property is located at 1316 W. Pine Street.
