      a.   No. 14-05 – Clif J. Braley for a dimensional variance to permit the construction of a detached garage.  The property is located at 115 East Carpenter Street and is zoned Residential (RA-4).  The application is requesting a variance of 11.93% to the required 35% rear yard area to permit construction of the proposed garage.

 

      b.   No. 14-06 – Nadim Lodhi for a dimensional variance to permit a fence with the finished appearance facing inward.  The property is located at 1205 Sterling Court and is zoned Residential (RA-1).  The application is requesting a variance of placing the finished appearance side of the fence inward to the required outward facing finished appearance requirement to permit the fence.

 

      c.   No. 14-07 – Papa John’s Pizza for a dimensional variance to permit the use of an existing pole-mounted ground sign within the required clear vision corner.  The property is located at 1524 North Saginaw Road and is zoned Regional Commercial (RC).  The application is requesting a variance of 20 feet to the required 20 foot clear vision corner to permit the use of the existing pole-mounted ground sign.
