2007 Special Midland City Council Meetings

City Council meetings are held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, unless otherwise indicated.

Special meetings are public meetings held from time to time to discuss issues that cannot be addressed at a regularly scheduled meeting due to time constraints or subject matter.

Minutes are posted by 5:00 p.m. on the day following the meeting that they are approved.
