All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be
routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of
these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of
the "Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated". If there is even a single
request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and
considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

7. First reading of an ordinance requiring the disconnection of
downspouts, roofing drains, truck dock and parking lot drains from the sanitary sewer

8. Approving extension of time for completion of improvements in
Wintergreen Estates No. 12 with exception. (This item appeared on the August 10 agenda -
action was postponed until August 24.) SCHROEDER
9. Approving Site Plans: SCHROEDER
a. No. 173 - Orchard View Commons, a residential development of 4 six-unit sites and 2 four-unit sites on 3.9 acres on the north side of Eastlawn Drive west of Abbott Road.
b. No. 174 - Rite Aid Pharmacy, a commercial building on 2.5 acres on the corner of Ashman Street, Ashman Circle and Jefferson Avenue.
c. No. 175 - Addition to the Arnold Center, 800 Wexford Avenue,
additional parking, and changes in access for the site by the addition of two new
driveways.
* 10. Approving joint project with Midland Public Schools for a
residential house project at 3606 W. Wackerly Street. SCHROEDER
* 11. Approving Traffic Control Order S-98-05 - Trailridge Drive
shall stop for Dublin Avenue. MCMANUS
* 12. Authorizing the City Manager to vote for six persons listed
on the Michigan Municipal Worker's Compensation Fund ballot. DUSO
