If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

4. Considering time to complete sidewalk in Parkside Estates No. 2: SCHROEDER

a. Rescinding resolution of August 10, 1998, requiring the completion of sidewalk.

b. Extending time for completion of sidewalk on Lot 34.

5. Approving the City Council request for legislation to allow municipalities to use public funds to finance improvements on private property. DUSO
