All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be
routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of
these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of
the "Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated". If there is even a single
request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and
considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

3. Second reading of an ordinance requiring the disconnection of
downspouts, roofing drains, yard drains, driveway drains, truck dock and parking lot

4. Considering time to complete sidewalk in Parkside Estates No. 2: SCHROEDER
a. Rescinding resolution of August 10, 1998, requiring the completion of sidewalk.
b. Extending time for completion of sidewalk on Lot 34.
5. Approving the City Council request for legislation to allow
municipalities to use public funds to finance improvements on private property. DUSO
6. Authorizing the City Council to endorse the Clean Michigan
Initiative. DUSO
* 7. Accepting easement from Community Church of the Nazarene to
allow construction of a catch basin. HAMMOND
8. Approving annexation of property through the Joint Resolution Process: SCHROEDER
* a. Property within the US-10 right of way in Larkin, Homer, and Lincoln Townships.
* b. Property north of Solomon Road and east of Sandow Road from Homer Township.

* 9. Accepting transfer of jurisdiction of certain county roads

* 10. Approving Final Plat of Hillside Subdivision, a residential

* 11. Supporting the Downtown Development Authority's entry into

* 12. Making Traffic Control Order P-98-05 permanent - prohibits
parking in the 10 foot wide city easement adjacent to Hintz Park. HAMMOND
