All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be
routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of
these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of
the "Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated". If there is even a single
request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and
considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

Zoning Text Amendment No. 133A - amend Article XXXI - Signs, as follows: a) Section 31.1(c) to increase the allowable size of signs for public and quasi-public buildings to 32 square feet when combining the building name with sign information, b) Section 31.3, to redefine the sign provisions for Community Districts, and c) To add Section 31.5(b)7 to allow businesses under separate ownership or control to combine signage in Business districts (10/19).
* b. Zoning Petition No. 434 - rezone property recently annexed to the City through the joint resolution process (10/19):
1. lands owned by The Dow Chemical Company north of US-10 and east of Jefferson Avenue, to Limited Commercial, Manufacturing and Research, from Midland Township.
2. lands owned by The Dow Chemical Company north of US-10 and west of Waldo Avenue, to Agricultural, from Midland Township.
3. lands along Sturgeon Avenue north of US-10, and lands on the west side of Perrine Road north of US-10, to Residential A-1, from Larkin Township.
* c. Zoning Petition No. 435 - rezone 4.00 acres located
northwest of the intersection of Joe Mann Boulevard and Eastman Avenue from Community to
Business B-2 (10/19).
