If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

b. First reading of amendments to Chapter 29, Stormwater Runoff Regulation & Control.

10. Accepting grant from the Michigan Bureau of Aeronautics for the installation of a replacement fuel tank at Jack Barstow Municipal Airport. (Action was postponed at the meeting of 1/11/99.) HAMMOND

11. Approving request for two MidMichigan Medical Center signs to remain in the public right of way at Saginaw Road at Wellness Drive and Orchard Drive. HAMMOND

* 12. Making permanent Traffic Control Order S-99-01 - Scenic Drive shall stop for Woodview Pass. HAMMOND
