ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS:
9. West Main Street Historic District Ordinance: HALM
a. Second reading and adoption of an amendment to the West Main Street Historic District Ordinance that will permit City Council to appoint an ex officio member to the Historic District Commission, such ex officio member being a non-resident who is a qualified architect.
b. Resolution rescinding action taken by City Council on May 17, 1999, appointing Karen
Sherman as architect member and making appointment of Karen Sherman as ex officio member.
10. Second reading and adoption of Zoning Text Amendment No. 136A to amend Article
XXIX-SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS, Section 29.4, Fences. SCHROEDER

11. Approving Site Plan No. 182 - a 6,083 square foot gas station/C-store and Burger
