All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS:
9. Ordinance to amend Chapter 7,
Electrical Code, of the City of Midland Code of Ordinances: HARGARTEN
a. First reading of an ordinance adopting the Michigan Electrical Code, updated December 6, 1999, as the City of Midland Electrical Code in accordance with the State Construction Code Act.
b. Resolution authorizing execution of the “Notice of Intent to Administer and Enforce the State Codes” and “Notice of Adoption of the Michigan Electrical Code”.
RESOLUTIONS:
10. Directing the City Manager to request proposals for value engineering services, negotiate an agreement with Hubbell, Roth & Clark for sanitary sewer design engineering services and obtain a proposal and negotiate an agreement with Hubbell, Roth & Clark for a storm sewer improvement study. BUSH
* 11. Approving the request to waive the policy on subordination of a Community Development Block Grant Housing Rehabilitation Loan upon the refinancing of the first mortgage. SCHROEDER

* 15. Authorizing re-execution an updated Declaration of Restrictive Covenant for the City of Midland Landfill area with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Waste Management Division. BUSH
