*        11.            Establishing a park in the Hillside Subdivision and naming it Theis Park.  MCGUIRE

 

*        12.            Approving the purchase agreement for the sale of a C.H.O.I.C.E. house at 308 Bradley Road.  STANDFEST

 

          13.            Giving tentative and final approval to the Preliminary Plat of Ashford Estates No. 1, a residential subdivision of 8 lots on 2.5 acres on Mark Twain Drive extended east from Waldo Avenue.  OSTGARDEN

 

*        14.            Establishing the City of Midland Post-Employment Health Care Fund.  FISHER

 

*        15.            Approving an economic development loan from Community Development Block Grant funds.  FISHER
