There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. 10. Approving Site Plan No. 192 – a 36,500 square foot Midland County Council on Aging facility on 5.67 acres southeast of the intersection of North Saginaw Road and Dublin Avenue, adjacent to the Rail Trail, with conditions. OSTGARDEN
11. A report and recommendation concerning the Civic Arena and the Fast Ice, Inc. proposal. SPEESE
