            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

            6.            Zoning Petition No. 464 – rezone property on the north side of West Wackerly Street west of Dublin Avenue from Residential A-1 to Residential A-4.  (Also see material sent in August 14 agenda packet.)  OSTGARDEN

 

           


            7.            Zoning Petition No. 465 – zone property on the northeast corner of Perrine Road and Letts Street to Residential A-4.  (Also see material sent in August 14 agenda packet.)  OSTGARDEN

 

            8.            Zoning Petition No. 468 – rezone property on the east side of Kuipers Drive south of Bay City Road from Residential D to Residential B.  (Also see material sent in August 14 agenda packet.)  OSTGARDEN

ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS:

            9.            Zoning Petition No. 463 - rezone property bounded by Eastman Avenue, Larkin Street and Ripley Street from Office-Service 1 to Business B-2.  (A public hearing was held on 9-11-00; action was postponed until 9-25-00.)  OSTGARDEN

 

RESOLUTIONS:     

          10.            Approving Site Plan No. 192 – a 36,500 square foot Midland County Council on Aging facility on 5.67 acres southeast of the intersection of North Saginaw Road and Dublin Avenue, adjacent to the Rail Trail, with conditions.  OSTGARDEN

 

          11.            A report and recommendation concerning the Civic Arena and the Fast Ice, Inc. proposal.  SPEESE

 

*        12.            Accepting Easement Grant Agreements from Dorinco Reinsurance Company and Virginia H. Gohrband for a sanitary sewer on the north side of Patrick Road east of Waldo Avenue.  MCMANUS

 

*        13.            Making Traffic Control Order S-00-04 permanent – East Chapel Lane shall stop for Stillmeadow Lane and Burning Bush Lane, and Stillmeadow Lane and Burning Bush Lane shall stop for East Chapel Lane (4-way stop).  MCMANUS

 

*        14.            Considering request from Local 12075 of Mid-Michigan Medical Center to place portable restrooms on the right of way surrounding MMMC on September 26.  ST. LOUIS

 

          15.            Considering purchases and contracts:

*                      a.            Behavioral safety consulting services; Divaker, Ltd.  PETERSON
