CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTING CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:
All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

1. Approve minutes of December 18, 2000 regular and December

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
2. Request from McKay Press, Inc. for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate within the expanded McKay Industrial Development District No. 1 relating to new facilities. This project is for the purchase and installation of new equipment at the McKay Press, Inc. The estimated total cost for this new facility is $6,235,133. (Also see material sent in December 18 agenda packet.) ELBERS
3. Amendment to the Planned Unit Development No. 3, Harcrest Woods Condominiums, to permit installation of traffic control gates at the east entrance to the complex (Harcrest Drive just west of Thornberry Drive). (Also see material sent in December 4 agenda packet.) LYNCH
4. Zoning Petition No. 470 – to rezone property on the north side of West Wackerly Street east of Sturgeon Avenue from Residential A-1 to Business B-2. (Also see material sent in December 4 agenda packet.). LYNCH

* b. D-00-04 – Traffic Signal Control at Sugnet Road and Washington Street
* c. P-00-09 – Prohibits Parking on Manor Drive within 50 feet of Helen Street
* d. S-00-05 – Harcrest Drive shall stop for Thornberry Drive and Thornberry Court
