14. Setting public hearings:

* a. Request from Dow Corning Corporation for an industrial facilities exemption certificate within the Dow Corning Corporation Industrial Development District relating to new machinery and equipment and land and building improvements. The facility is intended to expand capacity for the production of silicone copolymers (6/25). ELBERS

* b. Amend certain 2000-01 City Budgets and financial working plans to adjust the revenues and expenditures for 2000-01 to reflect the projected actual spending submitted during the annual budget process (6/11). FISHER
