All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. 5. Authorizing publication of a notice of intent to issue General Obligation Limited Tax Bonds in the amount of $7,500,000 for the purpose of defraying the cost of construction of a storage basin at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. FISHER

restroom facility in Waterworks Park and authorizing the construction and
connection of the water line for the building.
