            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

            3.            Amend certain 2000-01 City Budgets and financial working plans to adjust the revenues and expenditures for 2000-01 to reflect the projected actual spending submitted during the annual budget process.  (Also see material sent in May 21 agenda packet.)  FISHER

ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS:

            4.            First reading of amendments to Chapter 29, Stormwater Runoff Regulation and Control, of the City of Midland Code of Ordinances.  MAKI

 

RESOLUTIONS:     

            5.            Authorizing publication of a notice of intent to issue General Obligation Limited Tax Bonds in the amount of $7,500,000 for the purpose of defraying the cost of construction of a storage basin at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.  FISHER           

 

            6.            Approving the construction of a restroom facility in Waterworks Park and authorizing the construction and connection of the water line for the building.  MCGUIRE

 

*          7.            Authorizing execution of Subrecipient Agreements for the award of Community Development Block Grant funds to the Reece Community Living Endeavor, NEMSCA Head Start, the Center for Independent Living, the Salvation Army, the ARC of Midland and Royal Castle Companies.  LYNCH

 

*          8.            Accepting Sidewalk Construction Agreements allowing property owners to construct their own sidewalks in the 2001 Sidewalk Improvement Program.  MCMANUS

 

*          9.            Accepting a Warranty Deed from Lepta Associates, L.L.C. for roadway purposes for property on the west side of Dublin Avenue north of North Saginaw Road.  LYNCH

 

*        10.            Approving annexation of property at 1983 Penrod Road from Homer Township.  LYNCH

 

          11.            Authorizing July 2001 tax levies:  ELBERS
