9. First reading of an ordinance to
amend Chapter 5 – Buildings and Building Regulations, Chapter 7 – Electrical
Code, and Chapter 18 – Plumbing Code of the City of Midland Code of Ordinances
to implement the Michigan Construction Code and to consolidate references to
