All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

RESOLUTIONS:

3. Approving Site Plan No. 209, a 2,972 square foot dental facility on .75 acres on the southeast corner of Eastman Avenue and Dilloway Drive. LYNCH

4. Notifying the City Council of the filing of the 2001 Local Officers’ Compensation Commission Determinations. KOVACEVICH

* 5. Referring a request to close Goldenwood Drive at Hedgewood Drive to the City Engineer, Planning Commission, Police Department, Fire Department, Director of Utilities and Director of Public Services, for review and recommendation to the City Council. LYNCH

* 6. Authorizing City Council to grant permission to the City’s Traffic Consultant to conduct a speed study for The Dow Chemical Company within the city limits and entirely on The Dow Chemical Company property. MAKI

7. Approving a Qualified Bidders List for City of Midland investments and authorizing the City Treasurer to execute any agreements with said qualified bidders. KOVACEVICH

* 8. Receiving and filing the 2001 Annual Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for the Saginaw-Midland Municipal Water Supply Corporation. BUSH

* 9. Authorizing an increase in the original purchase order to Merrick Environmental Technology, Inc. for the purchase of three lime slaker systems for the Water Treatment Plant. BUSH

10. Urging Representative Stamas to oppose Senate Bill No. 759. DUSO
