CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTING CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:

            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

*          1.         Approve minutes of March 14 special, March 18 regular, March 19 special and March 25 special City Council meetings.  KOVACEVICH

 

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

            2.         Request from CPI Engineering Services, Inc. for an industrial facilities exemption certificate within the Stox Industrial Development District, No. 1 relating to land improvements, building additions, new machinery, equipment, furniture and fixtures.  (Also see material sent in February 25 agenda packet.)  PAUL

 

            3.         Zoning Petition No. 482 to rezone property at 1983 Penrod Road from Township Zoning to Residential A-1.  (Also see material sent in March 18 agenda packet.)  LYNCH

 

            4.         Zoning Petition No. 483 to rezone property at 1610, 1616 and 1720 N. Dublin Road from Township Zoning to Residential A-1.  (Also see material sent in March 18 agenda packet.)  LYNCH

 

            5.         Zoning Petition No. 484 to rezone property on the east side of Jefferson at Oakbrook Court from Township Zoning to Residential A-1.  (Also see material sent in March 18 agenda packet.)  LYNCH

            8.         Giving tentative and final approval of the Preliminary Plat of Tri City Commerce Park, a commercial/industrial subdivision of 35 lots on 46.56 acres between Bay City Road and Fisher Road west of the US-10 Expressway.  LYNCH

 

*          9.         Approving annexation of property located at 1649 E. Saginaw Road.  LYNCH

 

*        10.         Approving Purchase Agreement for the purchase of a house at 1003 Gordon Street.  LYNCH

 

*        11.         Accepting resignation of Max Frederick from the West Main Street Historic District Commission.  DUSO

 

*        12.         Confirming the City Manager’s appointment of Jodi Cooley to the Downtown Development Authority.  DUSO
