All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

6. Update Report for Sewer Bond Issue Unexpended Bond Proceeds: MCMANUS

a. Accepting sewer bond issue report and allocates funding for sewer improvements on Swede Avenue and an advance refund on the 2001 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Program bond issue.

b. Authorizing a purchase order to Insituform Technologies, Inc. for lining of the existing sanitary sewer on Swede Avenue from Eastlawn Drive to Sugnet Road.

7. Submitting comments concerning the Draft Dioxin Study by the Michigan Department of Community Health. BLACK

8. Setting public hearings:

* a. Request to vacate a public walkway between 2218 & 2302 Virginia Street and 2217 & 2221 Carolina Street (6/10). LYNCH

* b. Zoning Petition No. 490 to rezone property at 2101/2107 Bay City Road from Business C to Industrial A (6/10). LYNCH
