            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

            9.            Second reading and adoption of an amendment to the Subdivision Control Ordinance, Section 23-90 Property Division, to be called Section 23-90 Land Division.  LYNCH

 

          10.            First reading of an amendment to Section 28-163, Division 3 – Rates, of the City of Midland Sewer Ordinance.  BUSH

 

RESOLUTIONS:

          11.            Giving approval to place a “Peace Pole” in Chippewassee Park.  MCGUIRE

      

          12.            Establishing MCTV’s Revised Rules and Procedures under Section 15-133 of the City of Midland’s Code of Ordinances.  BEACOM

 

          13.            Accepting a report from the Cable Access Advisory Commission on the issue of Ordinance Compliance for MCTV.  BEACOM

 

          14.            Approving Site Plan No. 213 for a 24,502 square foot historical museum to be built on 3.6 acres on property at West Main Street, south of Cook Road.  LYNCH

 

          15.            Authorizing July 2002 tax levies:  ELBERS
