All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

2. Zoning Petition No. 492 to rezone property at 801 and 807 Ashman Street from Industrial A to Business C. (Also see material sent in June 10 agenda packet.) LYNCH

3. Approving Site Plan No. 214 for 22 units of affordable housing in four buildings that will be constructed in two phases on Chippewassee Court. LYNCH

4. Adopting a policy requiring agreements for placement of vendor carts in downtown Midland and granting authority to the City Manager to enter into such agreements. LYNCH

5. Accepting report to the City Council on the applications received for the new Class C liquor license. DUSO

6. Approving the Water Service Agreement with Homer and Midland Townships and an Amendment to the Water Service Agreement with Midland Township. DUSO

* 7. Designating delegates to the Michigan Municipal League annual business meeting. TOMION

8. Considering purchases and contracts:

* d. Payment to Braun, Kendrick, Finkbeiner, P.L.C., Westrate and Holmstrom, P.C. and Spiegel & McDiarmid for contracted legal services relating to the City’s defense in the Midland Cogeneration Venture’s appeal to the Michigan Tax Tribunal. BRANSON
