* 10. Authorizing execution of a housing construction agreement with Midland Public Schools to participate in a joint project for a residential house project at 3516 W. Wackerly Street, purchase of materials and contracted services and the sale of the house upon completion. LYNCH

delegates to the 2002 Municipal Employees Retirement System Annual

* a. R-02-06 – the 45 mph zone along N. Saginaw Road be extended to 500 ft. west of Dublin Avenue, preceded by a “Reduced Speed 45 Ahead” sign.
* b. R-02-07 – the signal at the intersection of Washington and Wheeler Streets operate in “flash” mode from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and “color” mode from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week.
* c. S-02-01 – Greenwich Circle shall stop for Eastlawn Drive.
* d. S-02-02 – Butterfield Drive shall stop for E. Wheeler Street.
* e. S-02-03 – W. Wackerly Street shall stop for Stark Road.
* f. S-02-04 – City Forest Estates Drive shall stop for Sturgeon Avenue.
