Directing preparation of amendments to the West Main Street Historic District Ordinance and amendments to the West Main Street Historic District Guidelines and Standards for Review and directing staff to provide a list of potential streetscape and infrastructure improvements that will highlight the historic character of the District in the context of the 2002 Engineering Priorities process.
