CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTING CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:

            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

            2.            Presentation of Michigan Department of the American Legion Media Award to MCTV by Wilson Coomer, MCTV Volunteer and American Legion member.  BROWNE

RESOLUTIONS:

            3.            Approving the Cable Communications Franchise Renewal Agreement.  DUSO

 

            4.            Approving a three-year extension of time for completion of sidewalk in Jilmar Estates Subdivision No. 1 and Jilmar Estates Subdivision No. 2.  LYNCH

 

*          5.            Approving a Purchase Agreement between the City of Midland and Thomas J. and Alayne R. McCann for property to be used for installation of a new water main between James Savage Road and the former railroad property.  MCMANUS

 


*          6.            Making Traffic Control Order S-03-06 permanent – that Ellsworth Street shall stop for Third Street and Third Street shall stop for Ellsworth Street thus making a three-way stop.  MCMANUS

 

*          7.            Approving the request from Pizza Sam’s to transfer ownership and location of a Class C liquor license.  DUSO

 

            8.            Considering requests to sell ice cream in the public rights of way:  DUSO
