            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

            3.         Request to transfer Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate #96-331 from Ingersoll CM Systems, Inc. to ICM Systems, LLC (Also see material sent in January 12 agenda packet.)  COLOMBO

            4.         Approving Site Plan No. 234, the Courts of Joseph’s Run, for construction of 18 site condominiums north of Joseph Drive, east of Jefferson Avenue.  LYNCH

 

*          5.         Appointing Ann Heard as the MPS Representative to the Library Board.  BARNARD

 

*          6.         Re-appointing Jack Duso to the Midland County Central Dispatch Authority Administrative Policy Board.  TOMION

 

*          7.         Accepting Lee Pelton’s resignation from the Zoning Board of Appeals.  DUSO

 

            8.         Receiving and filing the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2003.  FISHER

 

*          9.         Authorizing payment to Francis E. Moss for appraisal services in connection with The Dow Chemical Company tax appeal.  BRANSON

 

*        10.         Setting a public hearing on Zoning Petition No. 504 by rezoning property east of Midfield Lane, south of Joseph Drive and north of Diamond Drive from Limited Commercial, Manufacturing and Research and Industrial B to Community (2/23).  LYNCH

 

          11.         City Council’s report on the job performance review and resolution adjusting the annual compensation for:  BLACK

                        a.         City Manager

                        b.         City Attorney

 

          12.         Adjourning to a closed session to discuss pending litigation, specifically Midland Cogeneration Venture vs. City of Midland.  BLACK
