            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS:

            2.         Second reading and adoption of an amendment of Sec. 2-243 to the Code of Ordinances – Regular attendance by members of boards and commissions.  DUSO

 

RESOLUTIONS:

            3.         Approving the revised City of Midland Boards and Commissions Attendance Policy.  DUSO

 

            4.         Accepting Harold Filipiak’s resignation from the West Main Street Historic District Commission.  DUSO

 

 

            5.         Making Traffic Control Orders permanent:  MCMANUS

*                      a.         S-04-02 – that Benson Street shall stop for Whitman Drive

*                      b.         S-04-04 – that Whitman Drive shall yield to St. Charles Street
