All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS:

5. First reading of an ordinance to amend Section 21-73 of Division 4 of Article II of Chapter 21 of the Code of Ordinances to establish picnic shelter reservation fees. MCGUIRE

RESOLUTIONS:

6. Approving Site Plan No. 245 – to construct a 14,160 square foot retail building and a 6,720 square foot office building on 3.66 acres located west of Jefferson Avenue and south of E. Wackerly Street. LYNCH

* 7. Authorizing permit parking fee increase for uncovered parking in the downtown area. MARSHALL

* 8. Referring request to vacate Benson Street to the Planning Commission, City Engineer and other City departments for report and recommendation. MCGUIRE

* 14. Setting a public hearing on Special Use Permit No. 14, Bickford House, for a special land use permit review and approval for a 46 unit senior living facility on 3.03 acres located on the northeast corner of Jefferson Avenue and Joseph Drive (12/13). LYNCH

NEW BUSINESS:

15. Setting a date to hold a joint meeting between the City Council and the Parks and Recreation Commission to discuss the recreation fee philosophy. TOMION
