CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTING CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:

All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

2. Special Use Permit No. 14, Bickford House, for a special land use permit review and approval for a 46 unit senior living facility on 3.03 acres located on the northeast corner of Jefferson Avenue and Joseph Drive (Also see material sent in November 22 agenda packet). LYNCH

ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS:

3. Second reading and adoption of an ordinance to amend Section 21-73 of Division 4 of Article II of Chapter 21 of the Code of Ordinances to establish picnic shelter reservation fees. MCGUIRE

4. Revising the Parks Rules and Regulations adopted pursuant to Sec. 17-9 of the Code of Ordinances. MCGUIRE

* 5. Approving request by The Dow Chemical Company for a one year extension of the completion date for an Industrial Facilities Tax Abatement #2002-365. DUFORD

* 6. Accepting an easement agreement between F/A Pnacek LTD and the City of Midland permitting the City to access and maintain storm water detention systems at the Courts of Joseph’s Run. MCMANUS

1. Street Improvement on Cub Court from Pheasant Ridge Drive to end of court

* 12. Establishing a Health Reimbursement Arrangement allowing the City to comply with the requirements of the Federal Mental Health Parity Act of 1996. WHITTINGTON
