All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

RESOLUTIONS:

2. Approving the final plat of Broadhead Estates No. 2, a residential subdivision of 13 lots on 5.23 acres located east of Jefferson Avenue, south of Julie Ann Drive. POPRAVE

3. Accepting the staff report regarding sign enforcement issues. BRANSON

4. Referring request from the County Administrator for availability of City-owned properties as potential sites for County jail to the Parks and Recreation Commission and the W. Main St. Historic District Commission and directing the City Manager to prepare a report on the request. DUSO

* 5. Amending the 2005 Dial-A-Ride budget submitted to MDOT to reflect revised expenses and anticipated revenues. MURPHY

* 8. Accepting a gift of $29,000 from The Dow Chemical Company to complete improvements on Swede Avenue and Patrick Road and setting a public hearing to amend the 2005-06 Major Street Fund budget to recognize said gift (8/8). MAKI
