In accord with Section 5 of Public Act 267 of 1976, the City Manager, Jon Lynch, has requested that a special meeting of the City Council be scheduled.

 

Therefore, you are hereby notified that a special meeting of the City Council has been scheduled for Monday, October 16, 2006, at 6:00 p.m., in Conference Room B in Midland City Hall, 333 W. Ellsworth Street, Midland, Michigan, for the purpose of adjourning to a closed session to discuss pending litigation, specifically The Dow Chemical Company vs. City of Midland and Midland Cogeneration Venture Limited Partnership vs. City of Midland.
