All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

8. Accepting a donation from the Currie family to build a maintenance and cart storage facility at Currie Golf Course. MCGUIRE
9. Authorizing the Engineering Department to issue a permit to a Project for Public Spaces contractor to allow installation of a community mural on the Mark Putnam Bridge. MCMANUS

Receiving and filing the staff report on applications received for current City of Midland Boards and Commissions vacancies, appointing Norman Neher as the MPS Representative and Maxine Brink as the Township Representative to the Library Board, and appointing Mike Storey as the Historical Society Representative to the West Main Street Historic District Commission. * 11. Accepting an Easement for Underground Electric Line from the City of Midland to Consumers Energy Company to allow Consumers to install underground electric service to the new restroom facility at the Northwest Little League fields. MCMANUS
* 12. Approving the proposed 2007-08
Saginaw-Midland Municipal Water Supply Corporation Budget for Capital
Improvement and Emergency Repair Fund. BUSH
13. Considering purchases and contracts:
