In accord with Section 5 of Public Act 267 of 1976, the City Manager, Jon Lynch, has requested that a special meeting of the City Council be scheduled.

 

Therefore, you are hereby notified that a special meeting of the City Council has been scheduled for Saturday, January 19, 2008, at 8:30 a.m., in the Conference Room A in Midland City Hall, 333 W. Ellsworth Street, Midland, Michigan, for the purpose of holding a closed session to discuss pending litigation, specifically Midland Cogeneration Venture Limited Partnership vs. City of Midland.
