In accord with Section 5 of Public Act 267 of 1976, the City Manager, Jon Lynch, has requested that a special meeting of the City Council be scheduled.

Therefore, you are hereby notified that a special meeting of the City Council has been scheduled for Thursday, September 2, 2010, at 6:00 p.m., in Conference Room A in Midland City Hall, 333 W. Ellsworth Street, Midland, Michigan, for the purpose of holding a closed session to discuss pending litigation, specifically Midland Cogeneration Venture v. City of Midland.
