All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

5. Considering purchases and contracts:
* a. Winter Blend Diesel Fuel Purchase of December 1 (4/5 vote required). YUERGENS
* b. Chemical Feed System Improvements, Change Order No. 4 – Water Plant. BUSH
6. Setting a public hearing:
* a. Approval of the Center City Corridor Improvement Authority Development Plan (1/24/11). BAKER
* b. Amendment to the 2010-11 General Fund Budget to allow distribution of captured City taxes relating to the 2008 Brownfield Reimbursement Agreement with Hotel Holdings Cinema, L.L.C. (1/10/11). KEENAN
* c. Accepting a donation from the Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow Foundation and the Rollin M. Gerstacker Foundation for repairs at Plymouth Pool and amending the 2010-11 General Fund Revenue Budget to recognize the gifts (1/10/11). YUERGENS
