CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTING CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:

            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

*          1.         Approve minutes of August 8 regular City Council meeting.  TISDALE

 

PROCLAMATIONS, AWARDS, RECOGNITIONS, PRESENTATIONS:

            2.         Proclamation recognizing the 21st anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  TISDALE

 

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

            3.         The Stadium District Brownfield Redevelopment Plan (Also see material sent in August 8 agenda packet).  DUSO

 

            4.         Zoning Petition No. 575 – to conditionally rezone the property located at 405 Joseph Drive, Clayhill Court and Fieldstone Court from Residential A-3 to Residential B zoning (Also see material sent in July 25 agenda packet).  BAKER

                        a.         No. 306 – Waldo Avenue Townhomes – for a 24 unit residential townhome development, located at 3501 E. Ashman Street on 4.28 acres

                        b.         No. 307 – East Patrick Road Townhomes – for an 18 unit residential townhome development, located at 4009 E. Patrick Road on 3.41 acres

 

            6.         Receiving and filing the Civic Arena Operational Audit.  DUSO

 

            7.         Appointing Diane Brown as Fourth Ward Councilman.  LYNCH

 

*          8.         Appointing officer delegates to attend the Municipal Employee Retirement System Annual Meeting.  WHITTINGTON

 

*          9.         Making Traffic Control Order P-11-02 Permanent – that the north side of Larkin Street be designated as no stopping, standing, parking and bus stop only near Ashman Street.  MCMANUS
