            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

            3.         Revision to the resolution previously approved by City Council on May 9, 2011, on the application from Dow AgroSciences, LLC for an industrial facilities tax exemption certificate within The Dow Chemical Company Plant Rehabilitation District No. 1 (Also see material sent in September 26 agenda packet).  DUFORD

 

            4.         Revision to the resolution previously approved by City Council on June 13, 2011, on the application from Styron, LLC for an industrial facilities tax exemption certificate within The Dow Chemical Company Plant Rehabilitation District No. 1 (Also see material sent in September 26 agenda packet).  DUFORD

            5.         Revision to the resolution previously approved by City Council on June 13, 2011, on the application from Styron, LLC for transfer of an industrial facilities tax exemption certificate within The Dow Chemical Company Plant Rehabilitation District No. 1 (Also see material sent in September 26 agenda packet).  DUFORD

ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS:

            6.         Introduction and first reading of an ordinance to amend Fire Department Fines, Fees and Penalties:  GARCIA

                        a.         Article I and Article II – Uniform Fire Code of Chapter 8, and repealing Sections 8-3 and 8-4 of Article I and Section 8-11 of Article II of Chapter 8.

                        b.         Chapter 21 by creating Article XIII – Fire Department Service Fees.

                        c.         Chapter 34 by amending Section 34-5 – Municipal Civil Infractions.

 

RESOLUTIONS:

*          7.         Accepting an Easement Agreement from Meijer, Inc. for public sanitary sewers.  MCMANUS

 

*          8.         Approving the final plat of Countryside Estates No. 4, a residential subdivision of 13 lots on 7.06 acres located west of Dublin Avenue and south of Countryside Drive.  BAKER

 

*          9.        Approving request to transfer location of an escrowed Class C licensed business with Dance-Entertainment Permit, from 134 Ashman to 405 E. Main Street.  DUSO

 

*          10.       Approving request to transfer ownership and location of an escrowed Class C licensed business with Entertainment Permit, located at 5103 Eastman from B.B. Banucks, Inc. to Waterfall Grill, LLC, 337 E. Wackerly, and a new Dance Permit.  DUSO

 

            11.       Considering purchases and contracts:

*                      a.         Unleaded fuel purchase of September 13 (4/5 vote required).  MURPHY

            12.       Setting a public hearing:

*                      a.         Conditional Use Permit No. 41 – to consider a request of DeShano Construction Company for a 49 unit 3-story senior multiple family apartment building located at 5510 Eastman Avenue in an Office Service Zoning District on 2.42 acres (11/14).  WINLAND

*                      b.         To consider a request to install a dedicated bike lane on both sides of Swede Avenue between E. Wackerly Street and E. Patrick Road (11/14).  BAKER
