6. Introduction
and first reading of an ordinance to amend Fire Department Fines, Fees and
Penalties: GARCIA
a. Article I and Article II – Uniform Fire Code of Chapter 8, and repealing Sections 8-3 and 8-4 of Article I and Section 8-11 of Article II of Chapter 8.
b. Chapter 21 by creating Article XIII – Fire Department Service Fees.
c. Chapter 34 by amending Section 34-5 – Municipal Civil Infractions.
RESOLUTIONS:
* 7. Accepting an Easement Agreement from Meijer, Inc. for public sanitary sewers. MCMANUS
* 8. Approving the final plat of Countryside Estates No. 4, a residential subdivision of 13 lots on 7.06 acres located west of Dublin Avenue and south of Countryside Drive. BAKER
* 9. Approving request to transfer location of an escrowed Class C licensed business with Dance-Entertainment Permit, from 134 Ashman to 405 E. Main Street. DUSO
