All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

2. Zoning Petition No. 577 - to amend the City of Midland zoning map by rezoning the property located at 4515, 4517, and 4521 Dublin Avenue and 5501 North Saginaw Road from Industrial A to Residential A-1 zoning and property at 4411, 4415, and 4505 Dublin Avenue from Limited Commercial, Manufacturing and Research to Residential A-1 zoning (Also see material sent in January 30 agenda packet). 3. Adopt revisions to the City of Midland Zoning Ordinance No. 1585, adopted November 8, 2004 (Also see material sent in the January 30 agenda packet). WINLAND

6. Receiving and filing the deficit elimination plan for the Civic Arena. KEENAN

7. Approving Site Plans: WINLAND

a. No. 309 - Autumn Brooke Town Homes - for 68 town house units located at 405 Joseph Drive on 9.82 acres.

b. * No. 311 - Gerace Construction for ECO Bioplastics Plant - to construct 17,200 square feet of warehouse space, 17,200 square feet of manufacturing, and 5,568 square feet of office space located at 4037 South Saginaw Road on 6.54 acres.

8. * Approving a two-year time extension for the final approval of the preliminary plat of Broadhead Estates, a residential subdivision of 50 lots on 20.72 acres east of Jefferson Avenue and south of Julie Ann Drive. WINLAND
