CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTING CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:

            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

3.                  Request from CPD Ridgewood, LLC for approval to transfer Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate No. 2003-591 from Aegis Environments, Inc., located within the Eagleridge Industrial Development District No. 1.  DUFORD

4.                  2012 Dublin Street Improvement:

a.         Hold public hearing of necessity (also see material sent in May 21 agenda packet).  MCMANUS

b.         Resolution accepting the Special Assessment Roll for the 2012 Dublin Street Improvement Special Assessment District and setting a public hearing on the Roll (6/25).  DUFORD

5.                  2012 Dublin Sanitary Sewer Improvement:

a.         Hold public hearing of necessity (also see material sent in May 21 agenda packet).  MCMANUS

b.         Resolution accepting the Special Assessment Roll for the 2012 Dublin Sanitary Sewer Improvement Special Assessment District and setting a public hearing on the Roll (6/25).  DUFORD

ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS:

6.                  Introduction and first reading of an ordinance to amend Section 16-34 of the  Midland Code of Ordinances regarding fireworks.  BRANSON

7.                  Introduction and first reading of an ordinance amending Section 28-52 of Division 3 of Article II of Chapter 28 - Water Rates.  BUSH

8.                  Introduction and first reading of an ordinance amending Section 28-163 of Division 3 of Article III of Chapter 28 - Sewer Rates.  BUSH

 

RESOLUTIONS:

9.         Approving the refunding of the Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2004, dated September 1, 2004 through a negotiated sale with Chemical Bank.  KEENAN

10.       Giving tentative and final approval of the Preliminary Plat of Trotter's Point, a residential subdivision of 20 lots on 5.89 acres east of Congress Drive on the south side of East Wheeler Street.  KAYE

11.       *  Approving Site Plan No. 312 - for a 224,255 square foot Stadium District Mixed-use Project located at 215 State Street, 614 and 709 East Larkin Street and 608 East Ellsworth Street on 5.72 acres.  KAYE

12.       *  Approving the levy of taxes for the July 2012 tax roll:  DUFORD

14.       *  Granting The Dow Chemical Company access to City-owned or controlled property for soil sampling and remediation.  BUSH

 

15.       *  Authorizing Assistant City Manager for Financial Services to execute all documents as may be required by the proposed refinancing of Revenue Bonds by the Saginaw-Midland Municipal Water Supply Corporation.  BUSH
