            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

2.                  Presentation of the League of American Bicyclists Bronze Level Bicycle Friendly Community Award.  KAYE

 

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

3.                  Amendment to the 2012/13 Landfill Enterprise Fund Budget for the purchase of a wood grinder.  BUSH

4.                  Approving the continuance of the Public Act 328 Agreements with the Dow Corning Corporation and its affiliate Valley Asset Leasing, LLC.  DUFORD

5.                  *  Receiving and filing the 2012 Construction Progress Report.  MCMANUS

6.                  Receiving petitions and requests for capital projects and referring them to the Engineering Department for consideration in the 2013 Construction Program.  MCMANUS

a.                   Water Main on Waldo Avenue from Wheeler Street to north side of US-10

b.                  Sanitary Sewer on Waldo Avenue from Wheeler Street to north side of US-10

c.                   Paving Dublin Avenue and Tittabawassee River Road

7.                  *  Reappointing Jon Lynch to the Saginaw-Midland Municipal Water Supply Corporation Board of Trustees.  BUSH

8.                  *  Recommending approval of the request from WhichCraft Brewing, LLC for an on-premise Class C liquor license, to be located at 124 Ashman Street.  TISDALE

9.                  *  Approving the change of the event organizer for the Cyclocross bike race event from Tri City Cyclists to Revolution Racing.  MCMANUS

14.              *  Conditional Use Permit No. 44 - to consider a request of K-Berger III, LLC for a Culver's Restaurant with a drive-through, located at 7300 Eastman Avenue in a Regional Commercial zoning district on 1.17 acres (1/7).  KAYE
