All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”. If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

2. Conditional Use Permit No. 43 - to approve a request of DeShano Construction Company for a 49 unit senior apartment building located at 300 Joseph Drive in an Office Service zoning district on 2.97 acres (also see material sent in the November 19 agenda packet). KAYE

3. Receiving and filing the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and Single Audit Report for the year ended June 30, 2012. KEENAN

4. * Authorizing the City of Midland to fund 50 percent of the first year of local match costs for federal funds for administration of the metropolitan planning process. MCMANUS

5. Approving in concept the establishment of a SmartZone in the South Midland Redevelopment Zone area and authorizing Midland Tomorrow to make application to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation for SmartZone designation on behalf of the City of Midland. KAYE

6. * Agreement between the City of Midland and the State of Michigan Bureau of Fire Services for the delegation of inspections for consumer fireworks retail sales facilities. COUGHLIN
