            All resolutions marked with an asterisk are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate consideration of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests during the discussion stage of the “Motion to adopt the Consent Agenda as indicated”.  If there is even a single request the item will be removed from the consent agenda without further motion and considered in its listed sequence in regular fashion.

2.                  Second reading and adoption of an ordinance to amend Section 21-71 of Division 2 of Article II of Chapter 21 of the Code of Ordinances - Golf Course Fees.  KEENAN

3.                  Directing the City Manager to prepare a report on the 2013 Sidewalk Improvement Program.  MCMANUS

4.                  *  Receiving and filing the Quarterly Financial Report for the quarter ending December 31, 2012.  KEENAN

5.                  *  Receiving and filing the Five-Year Comprehensive Sewer Report - Wastewater.  BUSH

6.                  *  Naming the City Manager as Transportation Coordinator and stating the City's intentions to provide public transportation services and apply for Federal and State Financial Assistance.  MURPHY

7.                  *  Amending the resolution approved on October 15, 2012 for an Industrial Facilities Exemption certificate for The Dow Chemical Company within The Dow Chemical Plant Rehabilitation District No. 1.  DUFORD
